The Criticism

People who always look for an opportunity for negative criticism
Why don’t they be positive minded and believe in optimism

In practical world there is hardly anything called perfectionism
Then perhaps one should think about the extent of activism

One thing which a person considers hundred percent correct
Other people may differ with that or even totally reject

From indulging in minor things we should remain above
And always treat all colleagues with affection and love

It is not good to be negative always and quite offensive
Rather should be receptive to new things and not defensive

Good ideas, if any, we should in our mind not only keep
To present them in a positive way before others must speak

On useful suggestions why one should become tense
Telling good things to others makes lot of sense

Whether someone likes or not but looking into depth
By positive criticism a person is well informed kept

If we have a valid point in mind, never try to suppress
Should need to know in a better way how can we address

Always intention should be ‘good’ and not a mischief
Purpose be only ‘improvement’ with sincere belief

No one is perfect in this world, mistakes everyone makes
A person is very great, criticism who patiently takes

Any idea presented by someone should be quite sensible
But avoid pulling legs of others just to become visible

To make sure that a participatory environment is kept
Listen, no matter IN from right ear and OUT from left

No one can compel anybody, it is an individual choice
To have courage for digesting from others some advice

Don’t expect from people all the time praising song
It increases the respect if accepts one is wrong

To whatever category of staff different people belong
They should try to make their listening ability strong

Finding faults in other people is perhaps a big crime
Why don’t for something useful we spend that time

If one is not performing well, still in a hurry
What others are doing why one should worry

It is better that all people in their own domain
In what they are supposed to do busy should remain

Let us to each other very frankly and openly tell
Whoever falls into habit of criticizing cannot progress well

People who are wise, intelligent and smart
To find bad qualities in others, never apply this art

By pointing one finger at others, is it not true?
Automatically, three fingers shall be pointing towards you

Before accusing others evaluate your own self at least thrice
So that later you don’t have to pay for it heavy price

Instead of criticizing others and putting on them blame
Should look at own faults and try to remove same

To keep eye on weaknesses of others, don’t make a fashion
One also needs to keep in mind other people passion

If to millions of mistakes our God can forgive
Without criticizing other people why can’t we live

For serious problems one can give feedback as quick
But that could be done nicely with wisdom and trick

Do guide people, teach them and pat at their back
However, it is unhealthy to give feeling of personal attack

At any forum for giving suggestion there should not be objection
But this must not be done for sole purpose of personal projection

By reducing criticism and increasing praise with sweet flavour
It is absolutely possible to tip the scales in your favour

It is a great sin if someone deliberately tries to hurt
Because God Almighty Himself resides in an heart

Time allowing people have full right on their points to emphasize
However, through various means may avoid to unnecessarily criticize

Learning how to take and give criticism is quite tough
Should never talk with people in a way which is rough

If on each single positive suggestion one will show concern
It is not known how an individual will improve and learn

People will definitely be frustrated when being let down
For doing so nobody will put on one’s head a ‘crown’

A person who has disappointed, it may be one’s desire
In reaction criticize severely and hardly admire

Rolling eyes or disapproving facial expressions be unpleasant
Non verbal criticism like head shaking we must prevent

About effects of criticism many people may not be aware
It will improve overall behaviour of a person quite rare

Causes of their own and others' actions people differently perceive
A person habitual of criticizing would hardly be ready to receive

Most people think their behavior is affected by outside actors
However, others' behavior is caused by internal factors
To change behaviour PRAISE is the most effective way
Instead of criticism, more attention on it all should pay

Negative behaviors tend to fade due to lack of reinforcement While praise provides the good things people do full endorsement

Behaviour that is rewarded many people may repeat
To good expectations of their colleagues will try to meet

Through appreciation and praise people will go the extra mile
Will be able to do more work and maintain high profile
